The Position

Sumaiko® Beauty invites an exceptional educator to join our growing collective — someone who embodies refinement, presence, and mastery. The Sumaiko® Educator is entrusted with carrying our philosophy into the world: beauty as ceremony, touch as language, and care as a sovereign act.

This role blends luxury education, elevated product demonstration, and ritual‑centered storytelling across both in‑person and digital environments. You will guide clients, stylists, and partners through the Sumaiko® Crown Rituals™ with precision, grace, and authority.

Core Responsibilities

In‑Person Ritual Education

• Lead immersive demonstrations of Sumaiko® Crown Rituals™

• Facilitate salon trainings, private sessions, and curated brand events

• Translate product knowledge into sensory, transformative experiences

• Maintain a poised, polished presence aligned with luxury standards

Digital Instruction & Brand Presence

• Record refined, high‑quality educational content

• Host virtual classes, guided rituals, and technique‑driven sessions

• Support digital marketing through elevated, on‑brand educational assets

• Uphold Sumaiko’s visual and verbal identity across all platforms

Brand Stewardship

• Serve as a trusted ambassador of the Sumaiko® ethos

• Cultivate relationships with stylists, clients, and retail partners

• Gather insights to support product innovation and client experience

• Protect the integrity, exclusivity, and narrative of the brand

Ideal Candidate

• Exceptional communicator with a calm, confident presence

• Skilled educator with experience in beauty, haircare, or wellness

• Comfortable teaching both intimate groups and larger audiences

• Camera‑ready with an understanding of luxury digital aesthetics

• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and aligned with ritual‑based beauty philosophy

• Able to travel locally for select events and activations
